Ingredients
- 3 cup water
- 2 teaspoons chicken broth (instant)
- 0.5 ½ cup rice, (long grain rice)
- 2 tablespoon coriander greens

- Bring water to a boil. Dissolve the chicken stock in it. Add the rice and let it swell for 20 minutes in a closed pot at low heat.
- Wash the coriander leaves, cut into small pieces and finally add to the rice.
