- 400 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander, ground
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
- Sugar, (to taste)

- Stir cocoa powder, sugar, coriander and chilli powder into the milk. Boil briefly - done! Mmmm yummy!
- Tip: If you like, you can also add something alcoholic. E.g. amaretto. We prefer Ameländer Nobeltje or Ossenkämper (a Sauerland herbal liqueur).
