  • 60 g suar
  • 200 g mararine, vean
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the margarine until it is liquid and then stir in the sugar until frothy. Put the flour, salt and ground almonds in a bowl, add the margarine and stir everything for about three minutes with a hand mixer. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Then shape the dough on a lightly floured surface into an approx. 4 cm thick roll and cut off approx. 1 cm thick slices and shape them into balls.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place the balls on a baking sheet lined or greased with baking paper. Bake the balls until golden in about 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, mix the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. After the baking time, remove the balls from the tray immediately and roll them in the sugar mixture while it is still hot. If you like, you can also sprinkle part of it with cocoa powder.
