Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini
- 4 carrot (s)
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 point bacon cubes
- 0.5 ½ package cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- herbs Provence
- possibly sauce thickener, lighter

- Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into slices or pieces. When everything is done, sauté the onion and bacon in a high pan. Then add the vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, paprika, and most importantly, with herbs from Provence (just don`t be stingy with them).
- Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and let it melt. Finally add the cream and bring to the boil again briefly. If the sauce is too runny, you can add light-colored sauce thickener if you like.
- Rice goes very well with this.
