  • 2 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • 1 clove garlic, more depending on your taste
  • 2 packs bacon, diced

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon cubes until crispy (!), Then mix with the other ingredients and stir until smooth. Now put in the refrigerator or another cool place and let it steep.

  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator overnight and only then decide whether you need to add seasoning, as the sauce will pull the salt out of the bacon cubes. If you add salt immediately after preparation, there is a very high probability that the sauce is too salty.
