Ingredients

  • 2 large bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 100 g beans, reen, frozen
  • 1 clove garlic, Chinese
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 jalapeños
  • 1 chilli e.g., Thai bird eyes
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • pepper, black
  • oil
  • water

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper, zucchini and beans into bite-sized pieces. Cut the ginger, garlic and chillies into fine rings.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it. Add the chilli, garlic and ginger. Add water and cook everything until soft. Season the dish with pepper, maple syrup and fish sauce.
