Ingredients
- 2 large bell peppers, red and yellow
- 1 medium zucchini
- 100 g beans, reen, frozen
- 1 clove garlic, Chinese
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 jalapeños
- 1 chilli e.g., Thai bird eyes
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- pepper, black
- oil
- water

- Cut the bell pepper, zucchini and beans into bite-sized pieces. Cut the ginger, garlic and chillies into fine rings.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it. Add the chilli, garlic and ginger. Add water and cook everything until soft. Season the dish with pepper, maple syrup and fish sauce.
