  • 1 teaspoon seaweed (nori)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard and peel them. Finely chop the eggs, capers and cucumber. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let them steep in the refrigerator. But can also be served immediately.
  2. Tip: Goes perfectly with roast beef.
