  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 egg (s), cooked
  • 5 tablespoon sour cream
  • 65 ml milk
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 240 g salmon, smoked
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and sour cream with the milk.
  2. Cut the onion and egg into small pieces and stir in with the dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Finally fold in the salmon cut into fine strips.
  4. Jacket potatoes and green salad taste particularly good with them.
