Ingredients

  • 1 kg vegetables (frozen), mixed
  • 500 g tortellini, fresh (coolin shelf)
  • 1 ½ liter meat broth or vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly parsley or marjoram or thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen vegetables in the broth for 10 to 15 minutes. Add fresh tortellini and let stand for about 2 minutes (cook dried tortellini from the beginning). Finally, season the stew with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice.
  2. Tip: The stew can of course also be served with fresh vegetables.
