Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh, dark, sliced
- 4 small onion (s), finely diced
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 2 peppers, red, pitted
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 1 small Can / s tomato paste
- 100 ml cream
- Rapeseed oil
- pepper
- herbs Provence

- Sweat the onions in a little oil, add the diced paprika and chili peppers. Now add the mushrooms and let them stew a little. Pour the vegetable stock, add the tomato paste and cream. Reduce the sauce until it`s just the right consistency. Season to taste with pepper and herbs from Provence.
- Served with hash browns, it is a complete vegetarian dish. This sauce is also very suitable for schnitzel.
