Viennese Steak

This steak will make you a fan of beef, even if you disliked it before.

- Products for the preparation of chopped beef steak.
- First, beat the soft butter with chopped herbs and send to the freezer.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and lightly fry the onions in it.
- Dip the meat and onions into the blender bowl.
- Add the egg.
- Add milk and breadcrumbs.
- Season with salt and pepper, add spices to taste.
- Grind the mass with a blender until smooth or pass through a meat grinder.
- Form the flattened balls from the resulting mass. Toast the chopped steaks in flour.
- Fry the steaks in hot vegetable oil on both sides for a few minutes.
- Then reduce heat and bring the steaks until tender (10-15 minutes).
- When serving on top, place a piece of butter and herbs on top of the hot steaks.
- The beef steaks are ready.
