Viennese Steak

This steak will make you a fan of beef, even if you disliked it before.

Ingredients

  • Beef – 200 g
  • Onions – 25 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs or bread crumbs – 100 g
  • Milk – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1 chips.
  • Wheat flour (for breading) – 50 g
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Greens – 10 g

Directions

  1. Products for the preparation of chopped beef steak.
  2. First, beat the soft butter with chopped herbs and send to the freezer.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and lightly fry the onions in it.
  4. Dip the meat and onions into the blender bowl.
  5. Add the egg.
  6. Add milk and breadcrumbs.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, add spices to taste.
  8. Grind the mass with a blender until smooth or pass through a meat grinder.
  9. Form the flattened balls from the resulting mass. Toast the chopped steaks in flour.
  10. Fry the steaks in hot vegetable oil on both sides for a few minutes.
  11. Then reduce heat and bring the steaks until tender (10-15 minutes).
  12. When serving on top, place a piece of butter and herbs on top of the hot steaks.
  13. The beef steaks are ready.
