Warm Salad with Cauliflower, Spinach, Raisins and Nuts

Warm cauliflower salad turns out to be spicy, with a bright rich aroma. Sweet and sour dressing reveals the taste of vegetables favorably, and the unusual combination of products of this salad will pleasantly surprise any gourmet.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 500-600 g
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Raisins – 40 g
  • Walnuts – 20 g
  • Fresh spinach – 1 bunch
  • Fresh dill – 3-5 branches
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Wine vinegar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.
  2. We wash the cauliflower and disassemble it into inflorescences.
  3. Put the cabbage in a baking dish, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. We mix.
  4. We bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  6. Add the onion to the baked cabbage, mix and send to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  7. Rinse the spinach and chop coarsely.
  8. Chop the dill.
  9. Chop the nuts not too finely.
  10. Fry the nuts for 2-3 minutes in a dry frying pan.
  11. For dressing, mix honey and wine vinegar.
  12. We wash the raisins.
  13. We take the cauliflower and onion dish out of the oven, add spinach and raisins. We mix.
  14. Pour in the dressing and mix again.
  15. Add dill, salt and pepper to taste.
  16. Mix and let the salad brew for 2-3 minutes.
  17. Serve a warm salad with cauliflower, spinach and raisins, sprinkle with nuts.
