Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ pack sweets (Werther`s real, hard cream caramel sweets)
  • 1 packet almonds (flakes)

Instructions

  1. Spread the Werthers Echte on a baking tray lined with baking paper and heat in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 5 to 10 minutes until they run.
  2. Now work quickly: Put the baking sheet out of the oven, parchment paper on the hot mass and roll flat and thin with a rolling pin (sweets combine to form a large plate). Remove the baking paper again and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Put again in the hot oven for 5 minutes until the flaked almonds sink in a little.
  3. Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool down. Break the cold plate into any pieces or cut into pieces with the pizza cutter while it is still hot.
  4. Goes fast and tastes good with cappuccino mousse or espresso.
