Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg white cabbage
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 200 ml water
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seed
  • Herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)

Instructions

  1. Cut the white cabbage into thin strips (vegetable slicer). Heat the oil in a wok and sweat the diced onion in it until translucent, now add the white cabbage. Steam for about 10 minutes, the cabbage should still have bite.
  2. Now stir the vegetable stock into the water and pour over the cabbage. Add salt, pepper, caraway seeds and herbs and let simmer. After about 10 minutes, depending on how soft you want the cabbage, add the cream cheese, stir well and let it simmer a little.
  3. We eat bratwurst with it. If you want, you can add potatoes for the delicious sauce.
