Ingredients

  • 1 small white cabbage
  • some rapeseed oil
  • 1 leek
  • 2 stalks celery, with green
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 large carrot (s)
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 cubes vegetable stock
  • 2 twigs lovage, (Maggi herb)
  • some savory
  • possibly caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and fry in a saucepan with a little rapeseed oil until translucent.
  2. Add the washed, cleaned and chopped vegetables, deglaze with water and crumble the stock cubes. Bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for approx. 15 to 20 minutes. In between, add the finely chopped lovage and a few leaves of savory and, if tolerated, the caraway seeds.
