Ingredients
- 1 small white cabbage
- 750 g potato (s)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cream
- Ground caraway

- Cut the white cabbage into small pieces, criss-cross, so that the pieces are max. 2 * 2cm in size.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- The whole thing is now put into a large pot in layers with the mince. It starts with the potatoes. The hack is a little crumbled with the fingers. Usually there are 6 layers. (Potato, mince, cabbage)
- Each layer is seasoned with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
- A little water is added to the whole thing so that it does not burn. Cover and simmer in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes, in a normal saucepan for 1 hour. Then add the cream and stir vigorously.
- It`s going to be quite a mess, but that`s how it should be.
- It always tastes good to us.
