Ingredients

  • 500 g flour, whole rain
  • 100 g rains (sesame, linseed, sunflower seeds, )
  • 400 ml water, possibly a little less, approx. 350
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ½ pack dry yeast
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a dough hook (5 - 10 min). Pour the batter into a greased (or coated) 30 cm loaf pan. Let rise for about 1 hour until the volume of the dough has doubled. Cut or prick in between to avoid cavities.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C 15 minutes before the end of the walking time. Place the loaf tin in the preheated oven (center) on a wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes.
  3. If the bread is too dark, reduce the heat to 200 - 220 ° C. Turn the bread if necessary. Bake for another 15 minutes. Take the bread out of the mold and place on a wire rack. Let cool down for 1 hour.
