Whole Wheat Waffles

Making waffles with whole grain flour will give you a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 1/2 cups
  • Butter or margarine – 4 tablespoon.
  • Large eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Honey – 2 tablespoon.
  • Wheat flour – 1 glass
  • Whole grain flour – 1/2 cup
  • Cornstarch – 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Turn on the waffle iron to preheat according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Put butter, eggs in a blender bowl, pour honey and milk, mix, then add all the flour, starch, baking powder, and salt, pulsate until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Bake waffles on a preheated waffle iron and serves with any sauce or syrup.
