  • 140 g buckwheat, as flakes or whole meal
  • 30 g oat flakes, luten-free
  • 15 g protein powder (vanilla whey or other)
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • possibly amaranth flour, approx. 30 - 40 g

Instructions

  1. Choose a large enough bowl and soak the chia seeds in the water. After about 10 minutes add the rest and let it soak for another 20 minutes. The full breakfast is ready.
  2. Tip: Add an apple or other fruit and you have everything your body needs to start the day.
