Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • 6 tablespoon milk, warm
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 5 tablespoon wild garlic or parsley, freshly chopped
  • 0.5 ½ pack parsley, frozen
  • 500g flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Stir the yeast with sugar and milk until smooth and let rise for 5 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the garlic cloves and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Stir in the herbs and let everything cool down a little.
  3. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and knead vigorously. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Then knead the dough vigorously again. Let relax for 5 minutes. Then shape into long rolls and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C with top / bottom heat and 180 ° C hot air for 20 - 25 minutes.
  5. I recommend O / U heat so the rolls don`t get dry.
  6. For preparation in the Thermomix, stir the yeast, sugar and milk until smooth, leave to rise for 5 minutes.
  7. Finely chop the garlic cloves and sauté with the olive oil for 2 minutes on Varoma level 2. Stir in the herbs and let everything cool down a little.
  8. Add all other ingredients and knead for 2 minutes on dough level. let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
  9. Then let the dough relax for another 1 min. On dough level, 5 minutes. Shape into long rolls and let rise for another 20 minutes. Then bake as described above.
