  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 6 wild garlic leaves or 3 tablespoon chopped (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First, boil the egg hard in a saucepan for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, put the sheep cheese in a bowl and cut into small pieces with a fork. Add the sour cream and stir everything.
  2. Wash and chop the wild garlic and add to the cheese with the lemon juice. Quench the finished egg and remove the shell. Now cut into small cubes and add to the cheese. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. The dip tastes best with flatbread and raw vegetables such as paprika strips and roots.
