Ingredients
- 2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 ½ cup wild garlic, finely, cut
- salt
- Pepper White
- Lemon juice
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Grate the cucumber (possibly peeled), add a little salt and drain in a kitchen sieve. After 10 minutes, squeeze out well and mix with yoghurt, quark, olive oil and wild garlic, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Goes well with potatoes, briefly fried or grilled meat or fish, or just with flatbread.
