Ingredients

  • 300 g wild salmon fillet (s)
  • 20 g walnuts
  • 2 stems parsley
  • 25 g semi-fat mararine
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild salmon fillets, pat dry (or allow to thaw) and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Roughly chop the walnuts and parsley. Knead the nuts with the parsley, breadcrumbs, parmesan and margarine and season with salt and pepper. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish, brush with the nut mix and press down well.
  2. Fry in a preheated oven (fan oven 160 ° C) for about 25 minutes.
  3. Rice goes well with it.
