  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese, finely rated
  • 6 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon wild garlic, freshly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the pangasius fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice and place in a greased baking dish.
  2. Make a paste from butter, egg, cheese, breadcrumbs and chopped wild garlic and coat the fish with it.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  4. A potato salad goes well with it.
