Instructions

  1. Simmer all ingredients in a large saucepan for 1 hour, cool and filter. Then fill into bottles. Lasts about a year.
  2. Add to the wine to taste and heat together, but do not boil.
  3. Depending on the sweetness of the wine, I take about 100 ml of the brew to a liter of wine.
  4. Also a nice souvenir for Christmas when filled in beautiful bottles.
