Ingredients
- 250 g onion (s)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 300 g apples, crumbly (e.. Boskoop)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 0.25 liter ¼ white wine or vegetable stock
- 1 gr.can (s) tomato (s), peeled (800 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- some thyme to sprinkle

- Peel the onions and garlic. Peel the apples and cut out the cores.
- Cut the onions, garlic and apples into fine pieces and sauté in the butter over a low heat. Add honey, white wine, tomatoes with liquid and the spices. Cook in a closed saucepan over medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Puree the soup and season with salt and pepper. Pour the hot soup into plates or cups and sprinkle with sesame and thyme.
