  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 1 large white cabbage
  • 2 packs sauce (cream sauce)
  • 1 pack gravy
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • Sauce thickener
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut the white cabbage into large pieces.
  2. Leave the butter in a large saucepan and fry the minced meat in it. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Then add the cut cabbage and cook with it.
  3. When the cabbage is soft, touch it with water until it is covered. Then you add the sauce packets and stir it up. Finally, add a sauce thickener for dark sauce.
  4. This is served with mashed potatoes
