For the skewers, place all the bacon slices next to each other on a board. Wash and dry the chicken strips and wrap one chicken strip tightly in a slice of bacon. When all the prawns have been wrapped, stick them alternately with the tomatoes on skewers.
For the marinade, season the oil with curry, garlic, salt and pepper and add the chopped herbs. Stir everything well. Brush the skewers generously with the finished marinade.
Now you can either fry it directly or leave it to rest in the refrigerator for a day so that the marinade soaks in.
Fry on medium heat and occasionally brush with the rest of the marinade. Also perfect for grilling.
