Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 g mararine
  • 150 ml water
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)

For the cream: (vanilla pudding)

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • sugar
  • 1 egg (s) for brushing

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, salt, yeast, sugar, margarine, water, milk and an egg into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Then the dough is kneaded again and put to rest again for 30 minutes.
  2. Knead the dough again and screw in one portion at a time to shape the particles and place on the baking sheet. Let the pieces rise for another 30 minutes on the baking sheet.
  3. Meanwhile, boil the pudding with 400 ml of milk and sugar according to the instructions on the package and let it cool down.
  4. Now fill the risen particles with the pudding and brush with the beaten egg. Bake at 160 ° for 30 minutes.
  5. If you like it particularly sweet, you can add icing or sprinkles over the particles.
