Ingredients

  • 800 g potato (s)
  • 6 onion (s)
  • 50 g butter or mararine
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream or soy cream
  • Caraway seed
  • Chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel, boil and slice potatoes. Peel the onions, cut into rings and sauté. Stir the yeast into the onions. Sift the flour over it and sweat it. Pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Fold in sour cream or soy cream and season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
  2. Put the potatoes and onion sauce layer by layer in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes and serve sprinkled with chives.
