Ingredients
- 240 g wheat flour type 405
- 85 g whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 80 g walnuts, roasted and chopped
- 80 g sunflower seeds, roasted
- 37 g oatmeal
- 37 g bran (rice bran)
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g natural yourt
- some sunflower seeds for sprinkling

- This is an American recipe. But I have converted the quantities into German units of measurement.
- The first 4 ingredients are mixed together. The next 4 ingredients are now mixed in. Now add the milk and the yoghurt and knead everything together well. Put in a bread pan and decorate with sunflower seeds.
