Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Weighed 50 g apple, peeled and cored
  • 250 g natural yourt (3.5% fat)
  • 7 g yeast, fresh
  • 15 g oil
  • 250 g wheat flour (type 405)
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Pour the yoghurt over the oat flakes, the salt and the finely grated apple, stir and leave to soak for about 1 - 1.5 hours.
  2. Add the crumbled yeast, oil and flour. Knead all ingredients together well in the food processor until the dough comes off the bowl (add 1 tablespoon flour if necessary). Then cover and let rise to three times its size in a warm place.
  3. Then knead again thoroughly (the food processor does that too) and shape a loaf. Covered again and let rise to double size in a warm place.
  4. Dust the top with flour. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
