- 500 g minced beef
- 1 packet spinach, (seasoned spinach, frozen)
- 1 pack pastry sheets, Yufka- (triangles)
- pepper
- salt
- Garlic granules
- Cayenne pepper
- cumin
- Rapeseed oil

- Prepare the spinach according to the instructions on the packet.
- In a large pan, fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly and season well. Add the spinach to the minced meat and stir, season well again.
- Place one tablespoon each of the minced spinach mixture on the wide end of the Yufka triangles. First fold in the corners (so that the filling does not leak) and roll up.
- Fry in portions in a pan with plenty of oil on all sides. Alternatively, the rolls can be baked in the oven at approx. 200 ° C until they have a nice color (turn them in between!), But they will be crispier in the pan.
