Ingredients

  • 200 g chickpeas, dry
  • 3 onion (s) and lots garlic
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 kg tomato (s)
  • a lot sheep cheese
  • 10 olives
  • Oregano and thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Let the chickpeas soak overnight. Drain the next day and cook for about 30-40 minutes. Fry the onion and garlic. Drain all the peas and mix with the onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Grease the shape.
  2. Pour the mixture into the baking dish (a large, shallow one). Cut tomatoes into slices and place on top like scales. Crumble the sheep cheese and pour over the tomatoes. Season with thyme and oregano. Drizzle with oil and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C. Switch off and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes. Add the olives in these 5 minutes.
  3. Is good for preparing and is also suitable for guests.
