Ingredients
- 3 egg (s), separated
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- 400 g zucchini with skin, without seeds, rated
- 50 g cocoa powder, instant or rated nuts or a mixture thereof
- 300 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Currant jam or raspberry jam
- Chocolate icing
