  • 400 g suar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 500 g mararine
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 g chocolate, melted
  • 520 g flour
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • 500 g hazelnuts, round
  • 600 g zucchini
  • Chocolate for brushing

Instructions

  1. Halve the zucchini, remove the stone and grate finely. Then stir the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine until frothy. Now add the liquid chocolate and stir again.
  2. You can choose the chocolate according to your taste. You can vary the amount as you like.You just have to note that you need more flour with more chocolate.
  3. Now you can add the ground nuts, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and zucchini grated and mix everything with the mixer.
  4. Now put the chocolate mixture on the zucchini and mix. Then carefully fold in the flour with the baking powder.
  5. Spread the dough smooth on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, please do not go too far to the edge. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for 45 - 50 minutes.
  6. Take the chopstick test after approx. 45 minutes. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes longer. The baking time varies depending on the oven.
  7. After the cake has cooled, brush with chocolate and cut into pieces after a few hours.
