Ingredients
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 zucchini
- 2 onions)
- 4 clove garlic
- 4 potato (s)
- 200 g ham, raw, diced
- 200 g sweet cream
- 3 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 teaspoons broth, instant
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- Paprika powder, sweet & hot
- Oil, rapeseed oil or vegetable cream
- 1 packet mozzarella

- In a baking dish, sauté the diced ham with the garlic and diced onions in vegetable cream or rapeseed oil, add the paprika strips, potato and courgette slices and sauté briefly.
- In the meantime, mix the cream with the sour cream, the egg, the stock cube powder and the Parmesan, season with mill pepper, salt & paprika and pour into the mold over the vegetables, top with mozzarella and bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
