  • 500 g tomato (s), peeled (canned or fresh)
  • 700 g zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 sachets rice
  • 2 tablespoon broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Seasoning (s), as desired

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Add tomatoes and zucchini to the pan. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes with the lid closed.
  2. Cook rice extra, do not mix.
  3. Then cook the mince in the vegetables (about 15-20 minutes) and season.
