Ingredients

  • 500 g zucchini, reen and yellow
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 250 g jacket potato (s)
  • 4 clove garlic
  • rosemary
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the jacket potatoes & zucchini into slices of the same thickness and place in a wide pan with hot olive oil, halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into strips, add with the garlic slices and rosemary, season with salt & pepper, fry until the potatoes and zucchini are lightly browned are.
  2. We also like grilled chicken pieces or meatballs filled with sheep`s cheese
