- 1 zucchini, quartered
- 3 tomato (s), dried, cut into pieces
- 1 handful sunflower seeds
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon sweet cream
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth, grained

- Soak the dried tomato pieces in a little water.
- Fry the zucchini in a pan without fat, then deglaze with a little water. Add the soaked tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, season as needed and briefly bring to the boil with the cream.
- Potatoes go well with it and also tastes just as cold with a little white bread.
- It is quick to prepare and easy to take with you to the office.
