  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 ml white wine
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips, thinly slice the mushrooms, dice the onion.
  2. Fry the meat in the pan, season with salt and pepper, then add the mushrooms and onion and fry. Stir in the flour, add white wine and reduce a little. Mix in the broth and cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. For the rösti, boil the potatoes, let them cool, peel them, grate them roughly with a vegetable grater and season with salt and pepper.
