Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon, heaped rice flakes, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
- 12 tablespoon soy rice milk (soy rice drink)

- Put rice flakes (I took cereal rice flakes from the baby food department) in a bowl and mix with sugar.
- Add soy rice milk and mix. This makes for a very firm rice pudding consistency that I love. Balls could also be formed from it.
- Chill and serve with applesauce, sugar and cinnamon or raspberry syrup.
