Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 500 g pork meat
- 4 large onion (s)
- 4 leeks
- 2 glasses mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ½ liter meat broth
- 3 packs cream cheese, (200 g)
- 2 packs cream cheese, with herbs (00 g)
- 2 cups crème fraîche, with herbs
- some chives
- some black pepper
- some broth, (cubes)
- 4 cl wine, white
