  • 150 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 350 g sparklin mineral water
  • 400 g mozzarella, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 grams salt

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 220 °.
  2. Then whisk all ingredients, except mozzarella, until no more knobs can be seen.
  3. Rub a baking sheet with a little oil. Mix the mozzarella with the batter and place on the tray. The dough is extremely runny, just pour it onto the tray. Spread a few drops of olive oil on top and put the tray in the oven.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes with hot air at 200 ° - 220 °
  5. It tastes really good and it takes very little work. It is ideal as a snack or as an accompaniment to salads.
