Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g vermicelli
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cinnamon stick (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), organic, which the peel
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some cinnamon for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk, sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon sticks to the boil. Then add the vermicelli and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the egg yolks and stir. Then add the butter.
  2. Remove the cinnamon sticks and the lemon peel and pour the pasta mixture into a mold or into several small dessert bowls. Let the dessert cool, then decorate with cinnamon.
