Instructions

  1. Weigh all ingredients. Put the flour in a sieve. Put salt and pepper on top. Then sift the flour and make a well. Put the eggs in the hollow. Mix with a hand mixer. Now slowly add the milk while mixing. Now the dough is ready.
  2. Put the oil in each well in a muffin tin. So much that the ground is covered. Put the muffin tin in the oven at 220 ° C for about five minutes. This heats the oil.
  3. Take the mold with the heated oil out of the oven and fill each hollow with the batter. The hollows can be filled to the brim. Then put the pan back in the oven and bake the Yorkshire puddings for 20 minutes.
  4. As my host mother said so nicely: They must be puffy, large and golden.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
