  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g flour

  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml amaretto
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 150 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer until their volume has tripled, add the sugar and fold in. Sieve the flour and fold into the foam mass with the baking powder. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the dough on top. Bake at 175 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Mix the quark with crème fraîche, sugar, vanilla sugar and amaretto with a hand mixer to a cream. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold in.
  3. Pluck the cooled biscuit into small pieces with your hands and mix it with the quark cream. Place the desiccated coconut on a plate.
  4. Shape the biscuit mixture into 18 small balls with damp hands and turn them in the desiccated coconut.
  5. You can then put the snowballs in beautiful paper cuffs and serve them well chilled.
  6. If they are not eaten whole, the balls are also good to freeze.
