Ingredients

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 70 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon orange (s) - peel, untreated, grated
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 350 g flour
  • 60 g suar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter in a bowl until frothy. Add powdered sugar and stir in. Add 1 tablespoon orange peel, the orange juice and as much flour as possible and stir in. Then add the remaining flour and knead in. Gradually form small balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter) from the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C - 170 ° C for approx. 15-18 minutes. Then let it cool down for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix the sugar and the rest of the orange peel in an electric food processor. Roll the orange snowballs while still warm. Then let it cool down.
