Ingredients
For the dough:
- 255 g flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 110 g butter, soft
- 200 g suar
- 2 large egg (s)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 125 ml milk
- 300 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Fat for the shape
For the sprinkles:
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoons oil

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C, if possible bottom heat, otherwise top / bottom heat. Lightly grease the hollows of a 12 muffin tin.
- For the crumble mix sugar and flour in a small bowl, add the oil and mix everything until the mixture has a sandy texture. Set the bowl aside.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with the mixer on medium speed until light yellow. Add eggs, vanilla extract and milk, combine well. Pour in the flour mixture and stir only briefly, everything should just be connected. Add the blueberries and mix briefly.
- Distribute the batter evenly in the 12 muffin troughs, sprinkle the crumble on top in equal parts.
- Place the muffin tin in the middle of the oven and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes, make a stick test (if a wooden stick is stuck in the middle of a muffin and comes out clean, the muffins are ready).
- Take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool down a bit, then place on a wire rack and let cool down completely.
