Ingredients
- 450 g minced beef, lean
- 40 g onion (s), finely chopped
- 35 g bell pepper (s), reen, finely chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 180 ml ketchup
- 3 teaspoons sugar, brown
- Salt and pepper, black
- Oil for frying
- 6 rolls (hamburger buns)

- Heat a pan over medium heat. Brown the ground beef, onions and peppers in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally (so that the mince becomes crumbly). Then pour off any liquid that may have formed.
- Now add the garlic, mustard, ketchup and brown sugar and mix well. Simmer gently over low heat for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
